Please help before I lose my mind

Today I noticed that with the ROM Im using, (test rom) If I access Rom Manager, and then click Download Rom I immediatly get an error saying that the developers list cannot be found. After which I go to my memory card using Astro. When I open Astro I immediatly get a small error at the bottom saying it cannot find External cache or something along those lines. Curious about this, I go to check my memory card in Settings>memory and find I have 00 memory left. I know this Is wrong because I cleared out my memory card a few days ago and placed a bunch of Rom files on my PC. I do reboot and everything goes back to normal, by that I mean I can access all my files in Astro again and memory shows I have 3g left on my memory card.

Second issue, I tried to see if this was a Rom specific error. So I went into recovery and starting fresh I downloaded a completly new rom (Virtuous) once it downloaded The normal Wipe Data, Wipe Cache message appeared. I clicked Wipe Cache and once all the rom installing was done and rebooted it still had the old rom installed.

Hmmm, have you actually physically pulled the SD card and remounted it? I imagine you have, but wanted to be sure. This is definitely a new one on me. If that doesn't work and no one has any other answers, jump over to Incredible Forum and ask. We have a little more traffic over there and resolutions are usually much faster.

(Don't worry, not trying to steal you away, we fall under the Droid Forums umbrella, it's just the dedicated forum.)
