Playing videos

I don't think avi is native, but there are programs like Doubletwist or Videora that'll convert an avi to mp4. I believe the RockPlayer app will play an avi, but I've never tried it.

If you have your DX connected in PC mode and you have previously checked "allways" convert then it will not ask again and do it automatically.

Double twist is a nice player for free but Real Player plays more formats, so why pay for rock player.

Anyhow, once plugged in touch the top bar and slide down. Then touch on the usb connection, change to storage mode and then you can copy over without the auto conversion.

For the OP downloaded stuff is usually on the root of the SD card. If you player does not find it on it's own, search for it there then tap on it.
