Video not playing

Gotta question, use to be able to play videos from the gallery of my droid x.........now I get a message that says"error file can not be displayed or played" WTH?!?!?! Is there a solution or do I jus need to delete these files? Please help.

Yeah, I never had problems playing them before. Only some of the files now gi e me that message.
