Play Store Problems

ok so i did recently updated to ICS and ive enjoyed every part of it but recently every time i tried to open it, it stated that it could not be open so i then went under the setting and cleared the cache, cleared the data and unistalled updates to see if that would fix but i was wrong and now it says that the play store app is not installed sooooooo how i do re install it?
