PingChat BBM for everyone?

Does anyone use PingChat? I have friends that use it and love it on their iPhones and Blackberrys, but I can't seem to be able to download it through the market place.

I have it now...could not download from the market place...so I went to the Ping Chat site registered got verified and was given access to the .apk now the send me a email with a link to the .apk when ever there is a new update ...I don't like it that much . But it will do 4 now
