Pictures not sending.

When I try to send a picture, my phone pops up "Nationwide Coverage Not Available." I'm at home when I try to send them and I've been out of the house and they still don't send. I've kept my screen unlocked and waited, but the message still pops up. I've even taken the battery out, and it didn't help.
