PHOTOKAST like app

Hello all,
i am posting this here hoping a good app developer would be able to make something of this kind. Iphone has a very very extremely popular app called photokast but nothing like it for android. I dont know much about papents or stuff like that but if someone can make an app as good as this should be a hit. I have searched up and down the internet and nothing regarding this. I have found only 2 or 3 people that have asked this kind of a questions but have gotten no responses. So once again anyone know of an app as this that exists for the android or can this be made for the android (ps im taking half the profits LOl just kidding)
I hope someone responds to me.
