Looking for an app I can draw a shape on a photo and make the shape move.... IE draw a finger and have it move "into" a nose in a photo and add music..

I remember it seems I could do this and so much more with the advanced editor on the Note 8. I used to be able to remove backgrounds and all sorts of stuff.. Lost that in the 9.

I've not used many of these apps for long time now ..Skitch is one I've used before I kinda remember I could do some edits on it ..
