PhoneMyPc DLL Problem SOLVED

PhoneMyPc for my Windows 7 Ultimate will not install due to a DLL is either missing or not working.

“There is a problem with this Windows installer package.
A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.
The installer was interrupted before PhoneMyPc could be installed”.

SOLVED
Find Temp folder:
(Example: for Windows 7)
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Temp
Right click on it,
open properties,
open security tab,
add your user with full rights and set full rights to "ALL" if it is in the list.
Click apply and OK.
