Phone won't send picture messages :(

I'm really starting to get irritated. Whether I try sending using the stock messaging app or Handcent, picture messages will not send. Turned off the phone and pulled out the sim card and replaced it, and nothing. I also noticed that MyVerizon won't log me in automatically. It tells me "your mobile number could not be validated, please try later". I'm getting very frustrated!

Call Verizon, get with tech support and ask them to check your account and make sure "national access" is enabled.
I've had this scenario happen a few times in the 19 with Verizon (or who got assimilated by them) and that was the problem each time.

Did a factory reset and all seems good to go. I wouldn't be able to call Verizon until Wednesday since no one can access my account except the employee account people. Figured even if I called tech support they'd tell me to reset the phone so I wanted to be able to say I already did it. My guess is that the chicken I bought it from didn't do a reset before/after updating to jb
