Picture message not sending

Hello guys, I'm using handcent right now on lithium mod and for some reason my picture messages won't send. I've tried restarting my phone too, but that won't help. Any ideas?

i am having the same issue i am running ud8 froyo extreme and useing the stock messenger app and have tried another app but everytime i send a pic message it force closes
