Phone won't charge.

My phone isn't charging. It went up to sixty percent, says it is charging, but battery is going down. Help!

Are you charging it hooked up to the computer? If so, it's a slower rate it charges at. It will even out and charge while hooked up to the computer. Mine does that too, it will say it's charging then continue to drop. Then it will, I guess catch-up and charge.
