Phone won't charge w/ USB anymore. Why?

My Droid decided to stop charging when plugged into the computer. Pulled battery, etc...unsuccessful. Anyone know why?

Assuming you're trying to charge from a Windows computer, reinstall the Motorola Droid drivers. Droid won't charge from USB unless it enumerates, or it's connected to a charger.

similar question, mine charges onces the phones booted, but if its plugged in it will go to a black bootload screen when i boot it up from off. is this normal behavior?
