Phone won't boot up, NEED HELP!!!!

I have no idea what is wrong with my phone. It will not boot up and keeps getting stuck at the motorola icon. I took the battery out of it and let it sit for a couple hours. I've tried hard resetting it, I've cleared the cache, and even decided to reset it to factory settings. It is at full charge, and has been stuck trying to boot up now for two hours. I'm so frustrated and am completely out of options!!!!
