Phone want boot up

when I turn my phone on it gets to the verizon logo and stops I have to take the battery out and then replace it to get it to come on. The phone is only 3 months old any suggestions

Are you rooted? If so look for the sbf for your phone. If not, take it back to where you bought it for an exchange. Three month old phone shouldn't be doing that if you're not rooted. Good luck! I'll check back to see if you need more help.

It is a LG Vortex not a Motorola.

Phone malfunction. It happens. Good phone to start with though. Just exchange it.
