Phone stuck on load up screen..

I updated my phone to the new ota, and at first it loaded up fine but the screen was all black with just the time, battery, and no service. I turned it off and back on and now its stuck on the rotating red circle, been like that for the past 20-30 minutes, any suggestions or help?

Ya buddy. Boot into flash. And recovery do a factory reset and then boom! Unless your ****ed with no battery. Hey they have boot files for the max now. You can DL unbrickjellybean and flash that then install the correct build.
