Phone restarts into Clockwork

I have Fission ROM installed on my D2G. Everytime I turn my phone off and on it automatically puts me into Clockwork, than I have to reboot from clockwork to actually get into the Fission ROM. Is that normal?

I believe that is caused by bootstrap.

Should only happen the first reboot then back to normal

This happened to me, it's one of the reasons I quit using Fission (Note, I've tried installing Fission twice in the last week, and this has happened both times)

Yes I am using fission rom and have noticed this behavior as well.

It doesnt really bother me that much though, just means i have to reboot twice....but I dont reboot my phone all that often anyway...
