Phone reboots every text message...

Here's the deal. My Droid 1 reboots every time I receive a new text message. (It is rooted)

This only happens with my new 8GB SanDisk SD card installed. With my previous 2GB SanDisk card, the problem does not occur. Using my computer, I've formatted, reformatted, then lathered, rinsed and repeated. I also defragmented the card after reloading all files to it... It appears to work fine otherwise, all apps work, photos, videos, even phone calls. Everything is fine until I receive a text message, it reboots, then once it's booted again I can see the message and reply (I can send them fine anytime).

I cannot unmount the SD card using the Droid, or it just reboots itself (Does this with both, old and new cards though, but I was going to attempt to format the card through the droid, and obviously can't). I use Handcent, and yes, I tried uninstalling it (as well as all my other free apps), but no difference. I tried reinstalling after the new card was in as well. Also, I can not attach the phone to the computer, it just gives me a continuous boot loop. It will show my home screen for a brief moment and say "USB Connected", then starts over.

So I'm beginning to think it's either a lemon card, my phone, or some file isn't being copied to the new card properly. Anyone have any input or potential solutions? plzkthx
