Phone randomly goes into Airplane mode

I'm not sure but I think it's from Google Maps. I did an address quest. Then a little while later some app asked me about turning off services for going out of the country. In response I just backed out of the app instead of choosing an option. If I knew if was from Google Maps then I would of chose something but ...

Anyone else see anything like this before?
