Phone OTA Update problem

If anyone knows how do I get my Droid X to stop doing the ota update to my phone? I have super user app on my phone along with the ROOT EXPLORER. If there is a specific app permission I can delete without bricking my phone it would be awesome. Geniuses on here help. Please lol
