Phone numbers not saved??

So my girlfriend's Droid Incredible was having memory issues. I made sure the contacts were synced and I did a factory reset. Now, all of the contacts have synced back to the phone but the phone numbers are missing. I've switched droids, done master resets and I have never had an issue like this. Can anyone explain how to get the phone numbers back? (I really don't need her to be pissed at me about this).

Have you checked on the synced Google account (on a PC) to see if the information is there? Is there a chance that the numbers got backed up thru VZWs service?
