Phone Lock

Does anyone know of an app that will remove the emergency call button from the gesture or pin unlock screens, or something that locks the phone without button there.

My kids like to play with my phone when they get up and if I locked it with the gesture I know that emergency call button will get pressed

Unfortunately, I don't think there is such an app. My understanding (and a quick Google search couldn't find a source) was that all phones had to have easy access to 911 and that includes whether they have service or not.
