Phone issues while using Bluetooth headset

Hi all!

I'll try to be as detalized as possible regarding my issue

recently bought BT headset, Plantronics Voyager Edge
just for the record writing here its data:
Firmware: v.34

also i have a cell phone, Lenovo:
Lenovo PB2-670M
Kernel Version: 3.18.19
Build number: PB2-670M_S000050_171016_ROW
software version: PB2-670M_160719
hardware version: LENOVO PAD PB2-670M
Bluetooth version: 4.0 with A2DP


ill try to describe a problem: the pairing of the headset with phone works fine.
the headset can be used one, two, three times without any problem.

i very often use Skype and Viber- so after a numerous times that everything was fine, suddenly when im trying to call or via skype\viber or even trough phone, the sound that i head in the headset is stucked\going in loop.
when i turn the headset off and turning off the BT, the looped sound begins to being her from the phone speaker, untill i reboot the phone. must comment that even youtube in the phone is stucked

is there anything to do or to advice?

Welcome to the forum have you tried to pair another Bluetooth headset to the phone? Trying to find out if it’s the phone or maybe the headset best to troubleshoot with another device

Yes tried, same... I suspect its the phone because the headset is new was bought couple of days back and its siftware updated to last version

Besides, the phone suddenly begins to play looped sound even when the headset is off and BT also

It sure does sound to be phone issues...

try Long-press Power button to reboot the device. The temp-stored files and system cache will be cleared to possibly help with any old file conflicts which could be causing your problem. no guarantee but worth a shot.

Ive done factory reboot already,same....nothing changes, sound looped

oh well, it is a mystery. did you try another headset? one thing I do know, blue tooth can be finicky and do strange things - it even causes the amazon echo scare the daylights out of people in the middle of the night.
