My phone isn't picking up the Gingerbread OTA. I'm on Liberty 2.0.1, so do I need to be on stock Froyo to get the update?

Thanks, but could you link me to an sbf? I also heard RSDLite doesn't work well on Windows 7 64 bit, so is there an alternative?

There's a link to using this on win 7 in this link. I do it on xp so if you have that, all the better. You should be fine though. Just right click on the icon to run as administrator on win 7. Everything else is the same i believe
