How do I fix my phone from slowing down and freezing?? It like stutters and I have no anti virus app on here any tricks to the trade out there???

1. Close any windows from internet that you aren't using.
2. Go to settings, applications, and clear caches in your largest apps. 3. Delete unnecessary widgets.
4. close phone, pull battery & reboot.

Its still slow.... closed everything cleard all cache reboot still slow....

Install ADWLauncher from the Market. Set it as your default launcher. Reboot. Don't panic. Play your game or whatever. If it's not smoother clear your default launcher and uninstall it.

This will get rid of all the Blur running in the background and should help.

Haha! OP, are you referring to a game getting slow/choppy? Does it happen when receiving texts and emails?

When reciving messages some times it won't let me unlock my phone I have to take battery out and reboot.... and sometimes it will just straight up freeze in the middle of switching screens

Try ADW, like I suggested. Blur is NOT your phone's friend. Also, you have some stuff gumming up the works. A hard reset might save your bacon.

A little is better than nothing.

It sounds like you need to do a hard reset and figure out what's gumming up the works if anything is after that.
