Phone is randomly acting as if buttons are being touched. Galaxy SII Help

I have a Galaxy S2, via SPRINT. It acts as if someone is touching keys at a random and the URL line highlights as if you were going type something in, the email (yahoo mobil) automatically goes to search, the menu buttom gets keyed randomly on several apps, such as Pandora. I have turned it on and off several times, took battery out, factory reset a couple times. Its very annoying. Any suggestions?

Is this happening when you are charging it?

All the time. Uncharged, in car charger and in house charger.
