Phone hang up goes back to home screen

I tried a search for this, if I missed it, sorry in advance.
When I hang up my phone it leaves the phone app and goes to the home screen automatically. This is new. Does anyone know why?

Yup. Why do I have it again? (I did reset it to go back to the dialer)
