Phone dialing last number

Past few days, my phone has been dialing the last number called when I press a direct dial or a shortcut. (Not always though)
Anybody have a suggestion? Only recent change is using Widget Locker now.

Same issue here...Quite annoying. Even if I type a phone number in, it will redial the last number. Just started happening a week ago or so.
