Over the past 24 hours, the phone application has been at the top of the phones battery use stats. It is running in the background and causing lock wakes. I have tried a battery pull but that didn't fix the problem. I only made about 10 minutes of phone calls, so the phone app shouldn't be such a high consumer of power.
