Peter Alfonso's GPA Roms

I have been experimenting with my new Motorola Droid X2. First i learned how to root and then I manually udated to the soaked 2.3.4 which all worked very nicely after some very well written tutorials here. But i have yet to figure out how to try Peter Alfonso's GPA series. I have tried sbfing back to 2.3.3 and then all I get is either aborting install errors using recovery mode or just a plain empty reboot through rom manager. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

Those weren't made for the dx2, check the rom section in the dx2 forum for the ones you can use. Eclipse is the most popular, but there are a few to choose from.
