Personalized Voice Search

I've downloaded the update for the Voice Search but I am still not seeing the Personalize option available. I am using the Default - English (US). I am rooted running Liquid 1.95 but I'm not sure that should matter.

Any help with how to get the personalized voice option?

It should have asked you if you wanted to use it when you first opened the app.

That's what I thought I read but I didn't get anything. I then go into settings and it isn't even an option. It says it is version 2.1.1. I tried uninstalling the updates and that didn't work. I tried clearing the data and that didn't work. Kind of stuck on what to try next?
