PDA connected but unable to detect internet in your Android phone

Well i have downloaded PDA net version 3.00 32 bit and i am using windows xp.
I could clearly see the PDA Net connected but a small message appears in desktop tray
" PDA connected but unable to detect internet on your android phone.

Any suggestions ? Any solutions?
