Got the drivers installed? Are you using the usb cable that came with the phone?

I am trying to find the cable that came with the phone. I have tried more than one cable but haven't found my Motorola one yet.
Yea I have all the drivers installed.

I don't have any experience running 894 but just google for the sdk's. They're not hard to find. You just have to eliminate variables. Question, though: how did you root your phone initially?

Pretty sure I used forever root 1 click.
Maybe I should try that and revert back to "stock"
