I have just got the new S4..HELP PLEASE!! I am having SO much difficulty getting some apps for me and my children...the above Title tells you experts what i'm getting.I've read forum after forum and they say things like SETTINGS>APPLICATIONS.....clear this,clear that BUT I CAN'T FIND..SETTINGS>APPLICATIONS....now im not an idiot but PLEASE OH PLEASE HELP ME! I MUST GET SUBWAY SURFERS for my little Girl and FB for ME!!!....cheers everyone...And if you have a solution you'll go on my Xmas card list!!........

You'll find applications by taping settings then more at the top.

Did this happen when or just after installing an app, in other words, do you know which cache to clear?

It happens as I try to install an App..I've gone through all my Apps and cleared all the caches....It's just so bloody frustrating! I cant even get FB for Android,a free basic App,AND I downloaded Angry Birds Star Wars but I CAN'T download any other Angry Birds titles!! Any other suggestions??...

Setup a second Google account on the device, reboot. You should be fine, then you can remove that second account.
