Ozmail Texts

Every now and again I get a system text, something about ozmail and if I want to stop them to reply. Anyone have any idea what these are about?

I just did a quick google of Ozmail. Looks like malware. There are plenty of fix options there.

Thanks, I'll look into it but how is it malware? It started with the brand new phone before I did anything with it. Crazy.

The oz mail you're getting is from Verizon. It's part of an old email system. It gets activated sometimes when you change phones. Contact Verizon to stop them I have the same problem several times
