Overclocking ?

I know this may have been talked about before but I have a few questions ... I have read alot about this but I still dont know where to start overclocking my DX running DarkSide ? Im not sure what the benefit vs promblems overclocking provides ... whats a good overclock to use ? Im very confused on how to set it up also ... Thanx for any info !

The easiest/best way (today) it to use QuickClock Advanced

It will run tests on your phone and find the lowest voltage
Reboot
Find the highest CPU setting
Write out a profile of "safe" settings (that you can change when you get pro)
Lets you write the setting to boot once your confident they are right.

Will make your phone run a bit cooler at the stock speeds
