Overclocking Question

Using SetCPU, is setting the min and max to 800 okay for the phone or in the long run will it harm it?

I've run mine up to 1200, but found it responds best, without overheating, at 8 or 900. But don't restrict yourself to just overclocking... set a range, say from 250 to 800, and that way when you're not actively using it, it can *under*clock and your battery life will improve!
