Out of Area- Either E-mail or Phone/Text won't work

I am traveling out of my home area. When i got to my location, the e-mail wouldn't work. I got a technician to do something and then i was getting e-mail but then no phone calls/text. Went back - they did something else and now i have the phone/text but no e-mail!

Any ideas?
