out look calender question

The issue I am having is that every time I set up an event on my phone and then sync it to the calender on my computer, the event from my phone is grayed out and when I clink on it it brings up an invite screen. I did not have this issue until the last update. Does anyone know if I have the setting set up wrong or something else the issue.

I am using the stock calender app that came with the Maxx and outlook for the email.

Any help with this issue would be great. I have looked at the setting and still can't figure out why it is. Added info: When I open the event in the calender I can not add anything to it. The example, I added my sons basketball game early in the week, then after the game I want to go into the event and add notes about the other team but it won't let me go into the event. Just comes up with a screen that has a green check mark, or a red X.
