On 4g range but No 4g???

Hi, my TB 4g works perfect everywhere except around my job. I checked with Verizon's 4g map and typed my address, it said it should work there as well but I only get 3g... I called Verizon and they confirmed 4g should work here so they are doing an investigation and they will call me back. Other can't be the phone cause 4g works at home. Anyone else having same problem??

I have the same issue at my house.
Shows 4g coverage on the map, but alas..only 3g service.

Who did you speak with @ Verizon?
Did you call customer service or another number?

Can I get the number you used if different than Customer Service.

I called customer service. They were very nice about other. They thanked me for bringing up the issue so they can look into it. I hope maybe its just a tweak or something they have to do at the satellite....we'll see. I really want 4g at work case I'm mostly here...
