ON .340 DS4.2 with no original backup, what are my options

I need to change ROM's my phone has been buggy as all hell. So bad I am seriously contemplating moving to iOS. iknowrite. So as a dolt does when I first learned how to flash and switch ROM's I did so without backing up anything stock. Well now I would like to either move on the new DarkSlide or find something different, or even go to the latest VZW OTA update. I have the Moto Droid X Rooted with Z4 running superuser and DarkSlide 4.2

Betting your gonna have to sbf and if you do that you may as well sbf to 4. 5. 602 and take the update then root
