As a side note both buckmarble and I have been running the v6 supercharger script after we have this version installed and have both seen great improvement in battery life. I've currently been off charger for 8 hours and I am at 55 percent still and this has been a heavy day for me. I am going to start a new thread in the Maverick section so that people can post questions and results with the script.

Hate to not do my own research, but would you mind pointing me to this v6 supercharger script?

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but is there any chance of getting a "no clock" mod for the status bar?

Im working on a mavrom themed version of droidjunks latest mod which enable you to edit the status bar stuff. I will release it as an addon when im finished with it.

A few minor questions

I have yet to install this ROM (I was waiting on v1.1, and now I just need to find a few solid hours) but I have a few questions about the ROM (and perhaps suggestions if they are not implemented).

1. When using the lock screen, is there a slide to unlock screen, and then the lock screen, or just the lock screen? Personally, I think the slide to unlock screen is useless, redundant, and a pain if you want to lock your phone. I know there are apps that do this, but they universally (at least for me) show the slide to unlock screen before quickly removing it and putting up the lock screen. This second or two is very annoying to me however.

2. Is there music controls on the unlock screen? I find this to be huge, especially with google music, my phone has basically become my primary music player, and to have a little play/pause (like in cyanogen/liberty) button on the lock screen saves me a ton of time.

3. Is there any way to change the carrier identification (where it typically says "Verizon Wireless" in the statusbar, now "Maverick"). I personally like to put my name there. I know you can do this with the Liberty toolbox, but I would be worried about doing this on the non-Liberty ROM.

Keep up the great work, this ROM looks awesome, and I cant wait to install!

2. Yes, The music app in the rom puts lock screen controls on the lock screen
3. Yes it says maverick *with djs new mod im posting right now you can customize it.

Correction on that one buck...Google Music app does not put controls on the lockscreen. I believe the stock blur app does but not Google Music which I think is what he was asking...

Great rom. Just updated from 1.0 to 1.1

And yes the music app ( pause play next and previous) in this rom is accessible from the lock screen. A feature i use a lot as well.

Maybe not... it only worked when I had it USB to my computer and it died. Why the hell has this LED not worked properly yet? Why even put it on there? (Obviously blaming motorola, not you guys)

Moto programed it to only come on when the battery is dead and plugged into usb. Usb doesn't provide enough power to turn screen on and charge with power off so it is an indicator to say it is charging when there is no other method of showing you it is charging.
