There is an ICS £system dump on xda, get someone to deodex the camera app then you can install it via root explorer (move app to /system/app, and set permissions then reboot)

Its not as easy as deodex (which isn't needed) an apk to make it work. Chances are it requires other system apps and plus its a hardware thing.

Did you read the XDA Thread? Yes its the MiUI Camera App, what did you expect?
