Looks like they fused MIUI with some Honeycomb-style. Overall, I like it.

Looks nice and all but it's just a tad too... Future-y/simple looking for me. I like my OS to look a little more substantial. Gingerbread was a winner in my eyes.

I don't know if it's just me but there is just something about that color blue in the screen shots that i really dont like. The honeycomb blue on my xoom is okay but to me this blue on ICS is just ugly. I think it would look better with a darker, brighter blue. I am however excited to see what developers come up with in the way of ICS Roms for my Bionic. Im sure it will be a great platform to build off of.
