By the way the only other place this is mentioned is in a news article about Droidforums.net. So some good may come out of it in extra members.

The difference here is we are wanting the official update.zip file so we can look at it and see how they are updating the radio.... without flashing an sbf.

ok so here's the deal. I did the dump and put it into an update.zip (that was the file i uploaded but haven't put the link to yet) BUT when i tried it on my 2.0.1 droid it updated to 2.1-update1 but the baseband remained C_01.3E.01P. My phone was flashed via .sbf so I'm still not sure how the official ota will be updating the baseband. Regardless I'm uploading a nandroid backup of my phone immediately after flashing (baseband will be old one unless you flash the leaked ese53 sbf, install sprecovery and then restore this one) it's at 10% now.

EDIT: sorry guys my home internet speed is extremely slow... 25%
