Wait, so your navigation actually paused/stopped when you got an incoming call?! One of my gripes is that it kept going when I got an incoming call... Do you use hands-free bluetooth in your car? Was this after the update?
In my experience, the call screen pops on...but the running NAV process is disrupted. When you can find the NAV screen, it displays a sort of intertial approximation of your location and the suggestion that the user "follow the route". You lose the 2 1/2 D view and vehicle orientation. Definitely disorienting.
Last night I had a call during NAV but did not have a problem. So...an intermittent issue.
I failed to take into account that S/W and firmware updates are not pushed to the platform. Accordingly, I've been on
1.13.516.MB810.Verizon.en.US
2.1 update 1
for this trip. I realize now there is a new build out; will report on future experience when it's installed.
I have zero reception on this joke of a phone. I can't believe I'm saying I want my Storm 1 back. My house has bad reception to begin with (I live 15 miles out of NYC go figure), but my storm 1 and even my fathers 5+ year old razor work like a charm compared to this overpriced brick. What gives?
I called Verizon they tried every work around they could think of, and nothing. I had to drive 5 miles away just to get any reception whatsoever. Do I escalate it now to the point to ask them to check the antennas in the area?
It may just be the service at your house, i say do what i had to do and buy the verizon network extender Click here to learn more

Droid X wifi issue?
Anyone have issues staying connected to wifi? I just switched from a Droid and I have 5 other smart phones in my home that connect to wifi all of the time. The Droid X will connect fine but will then stop sending and receiving data....It still THINKS it has a connection but it doesn't. "forgetting" the wifi settings and reconnecting are the only things that seem to work.

Me! I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one. Very frustrated about this. I can't even finish a YouTube video because of this issue. On top of that, YouTube's video and audio are out of sync.![]()
