complain, complain, complain that is what I would do. I live about like you do and suffer from weak signal, dropped calls, etc. I am dedicated to calling every month until i get results. Paying way to much for sub par service.

I love the phone, but it has had more signal issues than any phone I have had. (6 in 2 years)

Its common for it to go into 1X alot or become unresponsive and I have to put it in airplane mode and wait for it to respond.

Can't factory reset

Rooted on Liberty and when I try to do a hard rest back to factory I get this error. Any one seen this or no what the issue is?

Can't open /cache/recovery/command

Yes, very different. I also solved that problem by sbf with rsd lite.

Thanks one more question, what if When I get to the bootloader and it reads clockworkmod?

That doesn't make any sense. (No offense). The bootloader is the black screen which says bootloader, usb connected ok to program blah blah. Clockwork is the screen with the green text and stock recovery is the screen with the blue text. Are you sure the bootloader says clockwork recovery? You want to do the sbf from the bootloader

Sorry I had the power pluged in and not the USB cable.

After the process reads 100% and the red eye is on the phone is it done? Progress reads 100% but result reads in progress. The reded eye is now on the phone. Is it done?

looks like it was in a loop, so I did the factory reset and that got me in.
