Odd Voice?

So I keep hearing my Droid say "Verizon Wireless" at random intervals. I was simply watching TV, and I heard it say it. Then as I was running an app, said it again. Have I activated something in the phone? Has anyone else had this happen? Just a little strange and I can see it becoming potentially annoying as well. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Roaming tone
Uncheck

I only hear it when I make phone calls. Let me know if it works.

Thank God I'm not the only one.

This just started happening yesterday. I've just tried the solution noted, and will confirm if it work (oh please, oh please...)
