Odd Notifications

I'm running Launcher 8 free on my phone and have also downloaded Folder Organizer along with several icon packs. I now have odd notifications that appear in my notification tray that won't go away. How do I make these notifications go away? Images are linked.

I am going to guess those are either shortcuts to apps that you use most often or possibly apps that are still running.. I am not familiar with that launcher but I would point maybe to the folder app.... Try uninstalling it and seeing if they go away.. You could also change your default launcher under settings/apps and see if they go away.

I installed this launcher yesterday and did not have those items in my notification area.

Looks like viral activity to my technical eyes. But I could be wrong.

It kinda looks like they may have come from your icon packs.
Have you rebooted your phone since installing the new launcher? You may also check your launcher settings to see if perhaps these can be removed that way.
