I froze a ton of the apps that seem safe to freeze. I haven't started filling my phone with a lot of junk yet, I don't keep a lot of programs running and I don't see much difference in RAM. I'm sitting at about 150MB free. Is the the standard and I'm fussy or what?

Should be closer to the 600 range with nothing major running. Check your running services, if nothing comes to mind you might have a defect.

Sorry that was my bad, I meant 450MB. I was playing with my phone when I posted. It just seems like 450 is low...

The total RAM for apps on the phone is about 650MB. The rest is dedicated to video RAM, OS RAM usage, etc. All phones do this. a 512MB RAM phone will only have about 288-300MB free for app usage.
